- Somewhat closed, red fruity nose of strawberries, cherries, wood is very subtle, has a stony character, pine needles and resin are particularly noticeable. - The palate lacks some complexity, still has medium tannins and a slightly greenish touch, seems overall a bit too lean. Needs air, at least 1h decanting, then opens up nicely and becomes more red-fruity and rounder. - 91 points

Bright and clear fruit, strawberry, raspberry. Soft and round on the palate, lighter than expected, almost a bit thin. Fairly short. Certainly no top Pommard, but not bad overall.

Quite good, maybe stereotypically Pommard as this packed quite a punch on the palate. Full and aggressive. Still too young but not without pleasure now, plenty of bright red fruit.

Transparent ruby. Nose has bright purple fruit, red flowers. Some iron and mineral notes underneath. Light to medium weight. Has good balance and structure fore more aging. Red cherry. The nose is very nice but it's a bit too rustic or young on the palate for my liking, but not bad at all.

I've always liked it, been a long time. They own 4 1er crus in Pommard. Lower site is clay based, higher elevation is limestone. De stemmed with 27 day ferment, 18 mo barrel, 30% new oak. Ripe bing cherry, nice dusty earthiness. I think very good introduction for new burgundy drinkers, not in a bad way.

On the village flat lend with a lot of clay which brings the easiness to the wine. Layers of clay and you can measure how much air between the layers of clay.
Does show Pommard with a touch of a hard edge, but an easy POmmard for that. 30% new oak.
The idea is to produce a more civilized Pommard. 15 years ago they decided to work more on the fruit side of Pommard. They want it to be the old wine for old people which is apparently what the Burgundians say.

Not much going on. Some savory flavors. Not awful but not worth the calories. Boring. From 375.

Not the best value. A bit closed and does not display great burgundy. Still a very decent wine with lots of fruit and enjoyment in the palate.

Plenty of fruit, but a bit dry, and quite austere and closed. Still needs time to open up.

Ripe cherries, rich and full with some earthiness, but a bit dry and closed. Will be better with some more time.
