Richer and more full-bodied than younger vintages, this vintage still has the pleasant bright notes of pear and citrus, but with an earthier and more robust finish on the palate

Another dynamite bottle of 2016 Flower CMR chardonnay. Full bodied; very fresh and bright; a hint of butter in the first half of the bottle, but that dissipated after it started to warm up. Creamy lemon, with hints of Christmas spice on the finish.

This was the best California Chardonnay I’ve had in a while - beautiful fruit, medium bodied and silky, and just a hint of oak. I recall first drinking the CMR bottling back in the late 90’s and early 2000’s - I’m glad to see it’s still a super wine, as it was then.

Camp meeting ridge chardonnay is one of my favorites. I’m holding on to my 2nd bottle until it opens up more. It was a bit tight, and had more flavor the next day after vacuuming.

Not sure what it was like 3-4 years ago but right now this is dynamite! Wouldn't recommend holding these any longer. Enjoy!

Very nice layers of vanilla, lemon curd, pears and green apples. A very enjoyable wine.

Less oaky than I expect. Very structured.

Elegant and lush with smooth but complex tastes of lemon curd, touch of toasted meringue, mint, herbs, acid of yellow fruit. Mainstay.

Full but not oaky Chardonnay. Quite, pineapple, perhaps some Pappke acidity. Rolls through the mouth.
