I tasted a couple of sips of this wine at Rutherford Grill last evening. It was served at 55 degrees and unfortunately I did not have time to wait for it to warm so I sent it back and order a nice Chardonnay. At 55 degrees limited noise, flavors came across, rough with some stemminess. Usually a good wine will show "ok" at 55 degrees so not sure what to think.

This is a superb, sumptuous Pinot Noir. The nose is ebbulent with scents of black berries, black cherries and casis. The taste is ripe and generous with flavors of rasberries, blackberries, cherries and blueberry jam. The finish is long on black, rich, ripe fruit.

This is classic Pinot with well structured, chewy, jammy black berries and cherries and a touch of prune.
