What a beauty. Beautiful peach color, spectacular nose. Layers of fruit -- watermelon, peach most noticeably -- balanced with acidity and minerality. There is so much going on with this wine.
$36 may seem pricey for a rose, but in this case, it definitely isn't.

Strawberries, melon, citrus, oranges, and a hint of mint on the nose. Saline, almost salty notes on the palate along with flavors of lemon, green melon, and tart berries. Very nice acidity. Long finish. Wow, this is an outstanding rose! 93+

This seemed a little disjointed to me. Drank it too cold the first night, which was my fault, but even once it warmed up and got some air it was throwing a little heat and had a bit of an alcoholic bite to it. Surprising as the label lists 13.5%. It never really pulls itself together. Hopefully it'll knit together in the next few years.

This is the best Rosé I've had. Pure, elegant yet restrained fruit of raspberry and cranberry with a hint of herbal notes. It is neither dry nor fruity. Perfectly balanced and totally seamless.

Really pleased to have bagged two bottles of the rosé again. In my experience this is best only very lightly chilled. Nose offers up berries, citrus, liquorice and impressive herbal notes. The palate is characterised by elegantly restrained acidity, fine concentration and plenty of staying power. Just lovely.

PNP. Cork perf ct. Color light salmon. This is ~45F. Nose dominated by melon and citrus rind. I also get hints of smoke and damp earth. Swishing shows acid structure that is pretty intense, with a salinity in midpalate that is pretty well balanced by fruit. Sipping shows perfect balance and polish. Smooth lengthy finish. I could drink this all the time! If only I could get my hands on enough to do that!

Year in this is probably the best Rosé on the planet and this '16 is a beauty. Great finesse, poise and complexity. There are subtle whiffs of strawberry, flint, rockmelon and ginger. It has fabulous detail in the mouth and whilst you get some sweet berry fruits they have a crispness to them and the rocky mineral things shine through loud and clear. It finishes with terrific cut and has outstanding persistence.

Young (these are one of 3 or 4 roses I’ll age), crunchy red fruits, citrus zest, excellent length. B+

A private lunch (Restaurant Vermeer *, Amsterdam, NL): Blackcurrant leaf, peach, white flowers, citrus, fresh, minerally, delightfully energetic.

Fresh and savory and drinking really well. Only nit is a touch of back-end heat that is still there.

Pale, very good, saline a good description. Glad I bought several of the 16s & 17s.

This bottle had the saltiness I love. Such a good wine. More complex and needs the table more than the pool
Great with shrimp creole which is a tough pairing

Delicious bottle last night - good breadth and texture, very generous Pinot Noir character showing through nicely. Last of my 2016s, onto the 2017s!

Very good. More Pinot fruit and strawberries than saltiness with this bottle but great. 16 is in a good spot right now

Nice, better with a couple hours air (and better on day 2). Red fruits, flinty minerals, some herbs. Long finish. No hurry here. B++
