Chateau Lynch-Bages Wine Dinner with Monsieur Jean-Charles Cazes (The Petroleum Club, Sky Lobby, Dallas, Texas): 65% Syrah; 13% Caignan; 12% Grenache; 10% Mourvedre. Aged 15 months in oak barrels prior to release. Earthy aromas, very solid wine. The grenache really came to the forefront.
