Certainly in it's window, enjoyable. Surprisingly threw off a moderate sediment. Came into balance after one hour decant somewhat light to medium bodied with medium acidity showing dried fruit with some peppery overtones. Not that experienced with Ventoux, wine reminded me very much of Vacqueras but a bit leaner and softer.

Last bottle consumed. No change to last tasting note. This is drinking well now and should continue to do so the next year or two. I will buy this again if it should come on sale for 13 € a bottle... Very good value for money...

Still drinking well. Clearly entering plateau of maturity, and although not oozing with tertiary aromas & flavors, it is not drying out. Still plenty of dark berries, dried herbs, black olives & meat. Full bodied but despite 15 % alc it is well integrated and not burning. Refreshing acidity, well integrated tannins and good structure that gives a "Northern Rhone" touch. After having reassessed this wine I have bought 2 boxes at aprox 13 €/bottle at an offer...

Stil a bit raw tannins to soften, so wait until 2023 unless You enjoy it with food. With food it is drinking well as it has since it was released. Despite 15 degrees of alcohol it is not clumsy. It has a nice coolness and precision in the fruit and good acidity, that keeps everything perfectly balanced despite full body . For 15 € a bottle this is very good value...

For not being a fan of French wines, the missus liked this. Floral nose, more red than blue fruit, full-bodied, decent finish. Incredible value. Has improved since I last tasted two years ago. And the missus likes biking up Ventoux.

Deep ink color. Concentrated. Nose with black cherries, violets. Black berries. On the palate is rich but structured. Same ripe black fruits but with the tannins to keep it in balance. Long finish. Top avec the charolais beef, but also just by itself.

Plum, black cherry, floral and iron notes. These are all compelling but there is some hollowness from mid palate to the finish that leaves this a little short.

Dark red. Looks young. Lavendel and violets on the nose. Tar. Wet stone. Nice dry tannins with good acid level. Long taste with quite significant tannins, in a good way.

Great right out of the bottle, but improving over the evening. Quite fruity, but with a solid Rhône core. Keeps lingering in the mouth and is delicious for sipping.

Uhhmmm, drinking well even young. Big, fleshy wine with black olives, thyme and hung meat. Full bodied with plenty of dark fruit and well intergrated tannins. Good length. This wine has a wide drinking window: Already accessible but should be interesting to follow the next 5 to 7 years...

The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry and black currant (cassis). It tastes like blackberry, black currant (cassis), raisin, oak and cinnamon. The body is full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

Magnifique bouteille!

Great Cotes du Rhone from Ventoux. On the nose notes of dark red cherry, on the palate, I found notes of tart red cherry, reasonably lush with graphite and black pepper. Tannins are still a bit lively and so would probably cellar this a couple of years. Shows a medium chewy finish. 91+
