I received 2 bottles of this wine in April, 2018. I had the first bottle in July, 2018, and was very disappointed in it......both in an absolute sense and in the experience in relation to price point. This bottle was very good and up to what I had expected two years ago. Maybe it needed bottle time, or did not take well to the shipping. At any rate, those of you out there with bottles should be pecking away at them. Side comment......I have had a good experience with other vintages of Bellisimo.

Our Sonoma Valley 'Estate Vineyard' Bellisimo is a special jewel full of unparalleled balance. Cherry blossom, mulberry, and plum soar from the deep ruby hued wine. On first sip, luscious layers of mouth-filling cherry pie, fresh rhubarb, and cinnamon are revealed on the richly textured palate. Fresh cherry, spice, and vanilla oak create a stunningly complex finish that lingers long after the last sip.

Disappointing. Flabby and somewhat tasteless. Way out of sync with the price point. I have had good luck over the years with Ledson blends. I am going to let this one sit for a while to see if it comes together.
