An interesting wine on the back slide. Seemed a bit well past its prime. Improved a good bit over an hour with air, but in the end, it was just too oxidative for my taste (think mealy apple and rotten pear skins). Other enjoyed it more than I and it was still a good pairing with Chinese pork dumplings.
