  • Drank with some fish risotto, thought this would be a good match.
    Colour - Light golden/amber
    Nose - Plenty of white fruits, some saltiness, foral notes as well
    Taste - Nice acidity, minerally white fruits, some honey with a strong salty finish which I didn't like as much.
    Needed paired to a good bouillabaisse so the saltiness would match better with the food.

  • vivid rosehip pink, pale at rim; delightful forthcoming herby nose, vibrant strawberried, opal fruit; savoury, fresh, residual sweetness on finish, though long & fruity. archetypal rose. 15
