  • An impromptu visit at our preferred Danish Michelin restaurant with this in our hand.

    Wow what a nose! So alive and delicious. The fruit just blew out of the glass. A lot of creme de cassis and strawberry, slowly giving way to more dark and black berries. Then the secondary and tertiary notes accelerated giving us some intense meat, strawberry and rapeseed jam, floral hints (roses mainly) and then some earthy mineral notes!

    Wow, perfectly served with ox jaw and lamb tenderloin!
