Very young and almost mute at opening, the wine appears extremely fruit-driven after a while but lacks depth and complexity. Extremely pleasant and easy to drink with smooth and delicate palate touch. No real personality at this stage, so would probably wait before opening a bottle

I’ve drank a number of bottles over the last 3 years and it seems to have lost a lot of flavor profile and gotten less interesting in the last year. It’s still drinking fine but seems to have peaked and probably starting to decline.

90+ pts

A limited edition from Louis Jadot. Only made in good year by blending juices from various Beaune 1er Cru plots. The previous was in 2009. Cristal clear ruby. Expressive nose of red currant and forest. Amazing fruit and mineral, still slightly tannic. Refreshing. Outstanding quality at this price point. Still have a decade to go and should get a dozen more!
PS very much improved from previous tasting note when tasted young.
Post issue: Absolutely gorgeous. Smell showed good earthiness and that burgundy perfume. Day 2 smell became more pronounced and enjoyable. Flavors showed depth and multiple layers. Substantially better than some of the recent bourgogne’s I have been drinking and enjoying midweek.
Glad I have three more.

I have to say this is in a good spot and not closed down. Opened for a small gathering and it was the 1st wine gone out of over 20 wines on the table. Very enjoyable now, and will hang on for years to come. Very nice. Top negoce bottling.
Dark red, good acidity, no noticeable nose, slight bitter astringent tannins with good dark sweet fruit flavour on the palate, good length . As a combo of many 1er Cru vineyards does this create a good wine? Yes. Is it better than a 1er Cru Greves or any of Jadot,s other single 1er Cru bottlings for 2015? I think depending on weather and hail on any year I would stick with a single vineyard 1er Cru.

Pleasant. Light and elegant. Smoked meat on the nose. Sour berries on the palate. Been in the decanter for several hours, and seems to be getting better with each hour. Nice.

Dark cherry and minerals on the nose with a bit of ether. Smooth and well made but a bit hard to coax around right now. It’s elegant and silky with earthy flavors but a bit muted although there is a nice dark cherry spice that shows up on the finish. This may be closing down now and we’ll see what appears down the road but I do expect it to improve with age. 88+

Fantastic wine, so glad I purchased quite a bit of it at the time when rating was still so-so. It's evolving into a real beauty with lots of earthy flavors but the fruit is beautiful too. Still young. Will keep tasting until it's gone.

A limited release. Rather closed at nose. Sour cherries, graphite, rocks, mint and vanilla. Very drinkable with refreshing acidity and smooth tannin. Should revisit a few year later.

More acidic and less open than the last one I had. Liked it but didn’t love it. Maybe it’s a bad bottle or maybe it’s closed down?
Drank it over two days and on second day it improved.

Tons of potential. Opened many years to early. Guessing 92 for now. Probably upwards potential. Won’t bother opening another for 10 years.

Terrific wine, of complexity and lots of layers. Needs 2-5 years to mature and hold for another 5-10 years
