It was just right with Honey Ginger Grilled Shrimp. We finished it after we polished off the dinner and could appreciate the subtle fruit and grass tastes. Nice!

Pale golden yellow, transparent. Lemon peel, slate, spritz of tangerine on the nose. Mild acidity, no residual sugar, floral and fruity. Would buy again. Had with a nice mild bruschetta.

Clear, pale yellow in glass. Subtle nose that smelled spritzy (no frisante in glass). Lime peel was primary component on nose, some other faint citrus notes as well. Dry wine on the palate showing a light body with crisp acicity. Good balance between the fruit, acid, and alcohol. Medium finish on the palate. Front palate nails the nose exactly, mid palate transitions to a little more of a lemon zest, pear, and hint of watermelon. Finishes with green apple and lemon juice.
Overall, solid bottle. Have had better and worse at the price point. Can find everywhere so a good go to if you have to buy something in a large grocery store. Not something I would seek out to stock the cellar with

Appearance - clear, light gold Nose - feeling a little alcohol burn on the eyes. Ok, so not really nose but this is what you get when sniffing! Definitely get wet fur. Aromatic. Getting ripe kiwi. Ripe banana. Sweet tropical fruits. Palette - I'm getting unripe grapefruit. It's juicy, good acidity, a little bitterness on finish, a taste that lingers, as well as lingering acidity, but not really pronounced fruit. I'm sticking with an unripe juicy grapefruit.
It a decent drinking wine for what it is. I may have paid a bit more (NYC premium) than I should for what I got.

A wine that asks not to be taken too seriously. At eight bucks who cares. The color of bleached straw with a pretty necklace. Muted in the nose, but a delight as you sip it, offering up floral and tropical notes. Interestingly, the bouquet shows up in the finish, with field flowers and zesty herbs (camomile, rosemary, thyme). Very bright and refreshing. This will find its way onto the patio this summer.

Drank as part of a Pinot Gris tasting. Covered four others from Washington, Monterey, Italy, and Alsace. I've had Acrobat before so new it would be decent. The field overall was pretty close but this one tied out with the Alsace. Very different wines as the Alsace maintained 24% residual sugar but of the four dry Pinot Gris, this one topped the Kestrel, the Geretto, and the La Crema. Kind of surprised there. Wine was floral and fruity on the nose. Good minerality. Very nicely balanced and as others note, just a very enjoyable easy drinking wine that is great at the price point.

Hmm… not hitting right. This isn't bad, more like one-note. Did come across as more sauvignon blanc than pinot gris. A bit sharp, some light citrus, grasses & not much else. Left me wanting for more, and I didn't get it.

What a well balanced wine! Lands somewhere between a Sauvignon Blanc and a Chardonnay. Enjoyed with red snapper and it was outstanding. Bonnie kept asking for another pour.

Sulphur on the nose at opening. Mineral. Slight sweetness. Nothing to offend or wow.

Drank as an aperitif. Quite enjoyable. Seems as good as the more expensive Pinot Gris from this winery.

A nicely priced, enjoyable Pinot Gris. Not very complex, but still tasty.

More fruity, not as mineral, but still very crisp and bright. Good with a chicken and arugula white pizza.
