Super refreshing. Enjoyed on hot summer afternoon with cheese/cold meats/crackers before outdoor summer concert. Classic Sauvignon Blanc crispness. Sorry, no taste, aroma, texture notes as I'm not very good at that. I work off of a simple enhance/detract from setting/pairing scale. This was definitely an enhance.

Blind at Auggies: Pungent, cat pee, grass, unripe grapefruit, lemon-lime, jalepeno, canned peas, tarragon, limestony-oyster shell minerals--the whole ball of wax for in your face NZ SB; no oak, high acidity, hi impact, tangy finish with a touch of spritz in the mouth. Young, youthful, vibrant, not shy. No surprise most everyone guessed this correctly. If only all the exam wines were this easy.

100% straight-up New Zealand style sauv blanc. bright and super crisp pineapple, green apples, lemon tart and kiwi. great acid/alcohol balance and nice lingering finish. touch sharp so might need to be paired with something else higher acid and not just consumed for drinking-sake. drink now.

Dependable everyday SB from NZ. Classic notes with acidity that helps balance.
