Refreshing dry Riesling . I’m not a fan of sweet wines, so this Riesling was exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for sipping on the patio with the warmer weather. Looking forward to finishing the bottle with some chili-orange glazed salmon this evening.

Excellent crisp, dry Riesling from the cool Sonoma Coast. Tart lemon-lime, lime leaf, crystalline minerality and hints of sea salt over peachy, stone fruit flavors.

First impression is that it is watery. I do get some Granny Smith apple flavor. Some lemon around the edges of the tongue. Just the slightest suggestion of sweetness. Bittterness under the rear palate. Meh.

Flabby. No acid. Dry. Attempted match with Asian food was a complete failure. Dead. Boring. In an extremely rare case for me personally, the 2nd half of this bottle went down the drain.

Hints of wildflower on the nose, palate not as dry as expected but still acidic. Some peach, apple, slight notes of smoke and stone. Pretty solid QPR, really. Paired nicely with shellfish and a fish stew.

A bit bland by itself but paired beautifully with our salmon in ginger-soy sauce. Notes of blossoms, melons, and green grapes. Too dry for Ellen. Ilana would have preferred a tad more acidity, but would drink again

Light petrol and citrus on nose. Very light petrol and citrus on palate, but flavors are very minimal, as if diluted by water. Very disappointing. Worse on day 2.

Some light jasmine on the nose. Juicy pear and a hint of grapefruit. Acidity is decent but would have liked a bit more.
Overall found this to be an easy drinker but not very refined. Mostly it’s just lacking oomph. My first American Riesling, I’ll probably stick with the Europeans.

Crisp and fairly dry by riesling standards that we are used to, excellent pairing with seafood.

Crisp, but not very dry. Pear, jasmine, and just a hint of chardonnay-ish butter that gives it that not-entirely-dry quality.

Just okay. Pleasant, but lacks the acidity to make it interesting.

Great, great dry riesling. Plenty of crisp with body enough to stand up to spice, and never sweet. Would absolutely buy again.
