Showing a little flashier and seductive this time with deep oozing dark fruit, mocha, pepper, ultra ripe black cherry and a touch of sandalwood. Very classy and more modern-styled but oh so good!

first taste - has some nice subtle nose but lacking a bit more complexity. A little surprised considering the age of the grenache vines that go in to this.
Thin on the after taste, for me lacking a bit of substance. The strength of the alcohol isnt immediately apparent, but really hangs around afterwards.
Will update with notes as it evolves in bottle
1h30 in, still not seeing much substance. It's smooth, drinkable, but probably not great value for money in thte scheme of Chateauneuf. Hope my collection of 2018 is markedly better!
24h on, this is a bit better. A bit more volume on the body, though flavour is still a little shallow in some senses.

Forward, soft and approachable, the fruit is ripe, silky and sweet. The kirsch is peppery, round and lush. Opulently textured and needing time to show its all, give it a few years to come around.

Great intensity while being smooth. Dark fruit, a bit of petrol. Some guessed it was a Paso Syrah. Looking forward to trying again!

Young and high-toned with plum, kirsch and bright cherry notes. Some nice cave - crushed mineral chiming in. Give it a few years.
