Absolute garbage. Syrah? More like cheap chocolate pudding inky sugar gloop. What a joke. Like a 2x4 dipped in cheap industrial chocolate. What a mess. Absolute disgrace.
Certainly for those who like their coffee smothered in cream, caramel sugar sauce and blended into a diabetus breakfast milkshake.

Klinker Brick delivers another solid QPR wine with this 2015 vintage. Smooth, silky mouthfeel with firm tannins and excellent balance. Showing blackberry, ripe blueberry, starchy banana, vanilla and a hint of smoke. Medium long finish.

Night 1: PnP. I don’t like it but I prefer old world reds. To me the oak is too prominent not integrated at all. It got better over time in the glass with more fruit emerging.

I've had multiple vintages and this one is really excellent, Garnet hue, fresh dark Berry taste, bright herbal nose and strong body, solid finish, drink up!

Quite tasty value Syrah. Very inky color and nervously syrupy sound when pouring in the glass. Turned out to be really nice with blue fruit, firm tannins, slight Lodi sweetness and a mouthfeel that wasn't syrupy at all. Very enjoyable but don't let it warm up too much.

The site that the grandfather lived on. Apparently a super foggy site. And she called a grape picking ripeness when she was five years old with her grandfather.
Pretty black and inky although I am being told its the exact opposite. Some french oak on it as well. Some spice and savory but to me mostly fruit driven. Got some length too.

Well balanced blackberry, vanilla, plum, pepper, spices. Oh so perfect acidity. What an amazing wine, particularly for the price.

Pretty sweet for a syrah. Full bodied. Taste more like a fruity cab.

Solid everyday drinker, as far as more full bodied / lower price goes. I like it.

One dimensional and unbalanced. Maybe I just don’t like California Syrah.

Very new world to my way of thinking but tasty. Fruity, but with solid depth. Tannins with a bit of an edge that time should mellow. Drink 2019-2022.
