One hour decant. Dark inky ruby red color. Inviting nose of blackberries and raspberries, dried herbs, cedar and spice. Big full bodied palate sings with black cherry, blackberry, stone fruit, earthy herbs, mocha, oak and spice. Tannins are bold and grippy and the finish is long and lovely. Drinking well!

Really Nice & I’d like it even more in a few years, but really delicious tonight. 15% alcohol has this one holding up strong & making me wish I had a few more. Had it open for over an hour & paired it with ribs which as great. Like the wine enthusiast rating and notes that reference dark berry & jam which stand out strong. Cheers everyone

Needed about 2 hours in the decanter but after that was sublime! Nice structure with a touch of pepper in the finish. Looking forward to seeing how this vintage ages over the next few years (if we can wait that long to drink them).

This 2017 is drinking as well as it ever has. Dark fruits in a very smooth and pleasing stage. Plenty of energy. It's everything you love about Isosceles right now.

Real good coming out of the bottle. Good structure with balanced tannins. Had one glass then more the next day. The second day it had lost some structure. Great value for $55. Great restaurant wine that doesn’t need much time to breath.

A taste right out of the bottle was tight, edgy & a little rough, but after an hour decant it was really nice & we really tasted the dark berry mentioned in the wine enthusiast notes. I have another and as with other trackers tasting notes, will try to exercise patience and wait a while to open that one as I’d bet it will improve with more time. Cheers

Rich, young, sappy Paso Robles cab blend (well, 83% cab, 9% cab franc, and 8% merlot). Need more time to strut itself, but that would add a couple of points at most. 15% abv.
Sweet cassis, red fruit, and vanilla accented with cinnamon, cream, and faint hints of almond paste. It’s rather indulgent and the alcohol pokes out a bit. Tannins are very fine and acidity is just enough to clean up the finish.

Right in line with previous vintages, well blended with soft tannins, oak, red berry, hints of tobacco. Paired well with grilled ribeye with a dry rub.

Nicely sweet Paso Cabernet. A very good black fruit taste profile greats you. It also has some pipe tobacco and cinnamon toast undertones. The wine is well integrated and has great concentration.

Really nice aromatic, and relatively sweet wine. You can notice some cabernet characteristics, but could easily be fooled blind. I may guess a Washington Cab blind, definitely not Napa-esq. Although it still is a very well made, nice drink. 90+ depending on your preference

This wine has Paso big fruit and that is always a plus. Blackberry and black plum fruit on the palate along with earth, spice and a vaguely eucalyptus flavor, The finish is long and slightly sweet.

Very enjoyable as usual. Better with some air and will undoubtedly improve with a few years in the bottle. Enjoyable now regardless. Full flavored with some complexity.

Medium purple. Ripe cherry, berry notes, with wet gravel. Fruit forward; a big, fruity wine, just short of being too much.
