  • Lemon zest and wet stone minerality initially on the nose of this, lovely wine sourced from the domaine. With some air there is a fascinating crudité like note (raw, sliced cauliflower?) with a hint of mild mustard and vinegar; almost like a teaspoon of the very best piccalilli. In the mouth this has more of the mouth-puckering, citrus-like acidity. With half an hour in the glass a more classical grassiness appears. Great accompaniment to Lobster Raviolo.

  • Herbaceous, oak, lime, grass and the classical hint of something tropical. Drinkable, but short, thin and pretty unremarkable. If SB I would rather go New Zealand for that funky experience.
