Dark purple in the glass. Graphite, dark fruit, and ripe berry on the nose. Soft tannins, fruit forward. In a good place now. Would drink or hold another 2 to 3 years. Paired well with homemade pizza.

Better than previous bottle, but did seem to fade fast. May have to recant previous post, didn't seem to have significant acids, tannins and fruit to last any significant time

I'm not sure that this wine was ready to drink. Fruit dominated with acids and tannins that didn't seem well integrated. Will try another bottle in a while since I seemed to like the first bottle

Tasted after the D2, against which it made a stronger impression. A touch extracted. It put my mind to various French-Argentinian collaborations. Appealing substance and balance.

71% malbec, 29% CS. Very blue-purple with raw, grapey, carb-mac kind of flavors. Not at all ready to drink, and a disappointment. Drunk alongside a '16 Portteus malbec that showed what a good young malbec can be.

My wife and I tasted this at the Carriage House tasting room on 6/7/19. It had a rich, expressive and harmonious nose of black cherry, blueberry, plum, mocha, cocoa, sage, herb and spice aromas. The palate was soft, balanced and dusty dry with flavors of black cherry, blueberry, mocha, cocoa, herb and spice.

My wife and I tasted this at the Carriage House on 3/17/19. It had a deep, expressive nose of black cherry, blueberry, black currant, plum, toast, sage, herb and spice aromas. The palate was rich, dense and dry with flavors of blueberry, plum, black currant, toast, mineral and spice.

Bold but sophisticated, terrific with NY strip steak.

Nothing spectacular about the wine, but also nothing offensive. I do expect more from DeLille

Still dark, but has lost the purple tint it had a couple of years ago
Has integrated a bit better, acidity moderate, tannins not as out of whack

Claimed to be very dark after spending more time on skins - I don't really see that. Just dense purple colour
Smooth initial mouth feel, nice tannins
Approachable, long dark berry finish. OK but pricey for what it is
Later note; character has developed somewhat, acidity has enhanced spice and red fruit
