I taste a mixture of blackberries, apple seeds and a (boring) well done steak. Luckily I'm a fan of blackberries and I find that the wine is well balanced and is more bang for the bucks than a Bordeaux. It is a little laid back (not too dominant) and has short-medium length. I wish it had some black pepper notes but I guess that is for another blend. Yeah, I'll buy it again.

Medium Ruby color. Raspberry, plum, coffee, mushroom, anise. Medium-full bodied, Meaty raspberry and plum on the palate, hints of anise, surrounded by a grippy tannic skeleton.
