Our last bottle was consumed tonight with roast chicken. Even better than previous showings, this one had pure Gamay fruit, balanced acidity, light color, an appealing nose and some minerality on the finish. Steve has yet another winner.

Fresh fruit driven what seems like carbonic macerated Gamay. Excellent balance and gulpably delicious in a picnic happy afternoon style of wine. Really liked it.

Red Fruits, cherry, some spice and some minerality, but not as much as the Thivin Brouilly that I opened alongside it. At the same time, more candy sugar flavors than the Thivin. Good acidity on the finish. A very good example of Gamay, though I liked Thivin’s Reverdon Brouilly better in the side by side comparison.
