  • Beautiful composition on the nose. Cassis, plum, mint, graphite and a caramel note.

Full-bodied palate. Fruit-powered with a salty touch. Long finish.

Belle surprise ! À boire d'ici 1-2 ans. 90-

  • Plum, cassis and boysenberry leap out of the glass. An enticing citric component, spicy eucalyptus and a stony minerality is also part of a very interesting nose.

A juicy punch on the palate with noticeable but very well-integrated tannins. Quite fruit-acidic and cherry-laden.

This is on the top of its game. Will hold but not develop.

  • At first plentiful of classic cabernet aromas of mineral cassis and pencil shavings. Then comes more subtleness and a more herbal character

You notice the strength on the palate but you also get plenty of freshness and acidic juicyness from the berry flavours. Long pleasant finish.

  • Classic cabernet on the nose. Cassis and mint dominates. Vibrant and fresh fruit on the palate. Rich and concentrated. Long finish. Still has a long life ahead

  • Alongside with Amelia chardo. Very closed, somewhat reduced and fully concentrated. Wood stands out in all aspects leaving memories of spices, tobacco and leather. I don't know when this will be ready to be drunk but at least leave it for another ten years. G'luck! I am tempted to change consumption dates of my "Don Melchor".
