Sometimes I get "lucky" buying inexpensive wine, but this is not one of those times. One dimensional, with a nuanced flavor profile of grapefruit, citrus and gravel with little structure or backbone in support. More of a juice than a wine. Bordering on watered down, this is one I'd suggest avoiding, no matter how cheap the price.

This wine is an embarrassment to a once proud producer that used to make some of the world's great $10 wine. It has been tarted up with sugar, and it's mostly -- and depressingly -- white grape juice with a bit of citrus.
