Medium citrus and apples. Great balance. Driven by acidity and minerals more than the fruit. The fruit is fine but could be more intense given the vintage. This is drinking well, regardless, and worth your attention.

Bright, flinty, and tropical with apple, vanilla, and notes of brioche. Medium body, low tannin and moderate acidity. This is great. Not mind blowing but solid and wel made. Nothing unpleasant and ready to enjoy. That said, this will become more interesting in time. Drink or hold for another couple years and enjoy over the next 10.

on night one we could taste some unabsorbed oak, which was distracting from / masking the wine... then on night two very nice with a straightforward P/M palate... good lemon in there, but a little sweetness (maybe too much for my taste?) beside the fruit... decent acid, nice but not a good QPR at $145 (incl'ing tax / shipment)

Floral with perfect balance. This wine is a bit “raw” at this stage but is so delicious it will be impossible for me to keep my hands off these. So balanced. So impressive

Very mineral nose with high tension, almost stony... lighter taste than 2016, but striking minerality combined with good fatness, almost Meursault like!

Second bottle vibrant and fresh - still shocked by the first one though which was premoxed

OK but not worth the $145 I paid (including tax / shpmt), it was bested by the 2019 Etienne Sauzet P/M village wine side by side

Oak on the bouquet. Bright, lean, crisp palate. Long finish, well delineated flavors.
