Good. Very dense. Needed full 1.5hours to unfurl and then an intense WB with emphasis on Candice lemons or similarNatural cork

Needed 90 minutes in the decanter to open up, and when it did this was gorgeous. Loads of rich, plump white fruit layered with light toast, toasted nuts, matchstick and mineral. Long, taut finish.
Lovely all around. Nice balance and fruit, very round on the palate.
Zachy's La Paulee 2020; 3/5/2020-3/6/2020 (Le Bernardin Prive): Good balance and weight, nice sweetness.
