Very hot year apparently, more tannins than previous blends. Oaky dark red fruit nose. Tannic finish but fades smoothly. Might go well with a funky cheese? Good to drink right away.

2015 was an unusually hot summer for Red Mountain which created conditions for early Harvest. This was a trial for winemakers and an opportunity for them to prove their expertise. Sarah Goedhart did a fabulous job. Lots of structure, aroma,, flavor, good mouthful and finish. Opens up with a little air.
