We really liked this wine. It was smooth, balanced, nice fruit/wood ratio, long finish, and a good price. Would definitely buy again - such a nice change from the heavy California sock you in the face style of Cabs.

Still loving this wine. Great nose. On the palate, plenty of fruit, but restained and in perfect balance. Soft tannins... almost wanted a bit more bite up against a grilled CAB strip steak. Fresh and lively right through to the end. Not a decadent Napa Cab, not as complex and refined as a great Left Bank blend, but this wine works well on so many levels. A go-to vintage after vintage. Drinking great now; it should drink well for several more years, but I don't see it gaining much from additional bottle age.

Medium bodied, some wood earth and cassis present, nice finish. But unlike other reviewers, no one was moved by this wine. Definitely a nice bottle but not enough to push it into the "promised land" of 90+ company. Decent PQR

First bottle of 6 for this vintage. Really, really nice wine for a pretty simple and straightforward value offering from Chile! Opened (and finished) with a C.A.B. grilled picanha, fire roasted asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes.

Deep purple red color. Aromas black fruits, cassis and a touch of pencil lead. Ripe, full-bodied fruit in the mouth with very good depth and length. Integrated and long on the palate. At peak and an excellent value.

Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of boysenberries, plums, black pepper and soapstone. Flavors of plums, black berries and black cherries. Medium acidity, firm tannin, full bodied. Drink with air or hold.

Overbalanced fruit: boysenberry, currant, burnt orange, followed by hint of earth and fine tannins. Good for lighter food but overpowered by flank steak and chimichurri.

From this Cuvée I have had the opportunity, time has, to drink the Carmenere and now comes the turn of the cabernet and the Merlot. In the first case, and still needing some time, it already leaves a mark of its concentrated character with aromas of red berries, blond tobacco and sweet spices. In the mouth the wood stands out and consequently structured and tannic. On the other hand it has minerality and is quite long. Soft for what was expected.

I'm marking as spoiled, it seemed lifeless to me with a hint of bleach or something on the nose. Spouse liked it however, so maybe my palate was off.

Nice structure, front and mid palate, a bit short on the finish... Starts with red Berry and moves towards earth/dirt. Well made wine.
