{organically farmed} PnP. Lovely young wine that's raised only in Qvevri, Georgian terracotta amphorae where the grapes spend ~ 6 months. Mostly Nerello Mascalese with a little Nerello Cappuccio and Grenache harvest in early-mid October. Tangy, some nice crunch to the cherry-driven fruit, fresh, and more approachable than I was expecting. Good length already, with developing complexity, and bright floral notes after the first glass. Fun. highly recommended
