Taste: The feel is medium bodied with tart and slightly bitter, high acidity. There is a lighter touch to the feel with green apples, pears, crushed rocks, acacia flowers, wild flowers, and some lees notes.
Overall: For a 2011, this is pretty successful. It has a lighter and feminine touch but it lacks some depth across the nose and palate.

Meals in France; 3/21/2022-3/26/2022 (France): Green apple and tart pear with good lift, very bright throughout, still dense enough fruit.

Quite nice champagne from Diebolt even tough it should be a hard year in Champagne. I believe it is in good balance and alot of autolytic tones.
Pleasent.

Gjær og brødbakst. Både lukt og smak mindre tiltalende og svakere konsentrasjon enn 2010 (drukket samtidig).
Drukket for 6 mnd siden (i hvert fall).

Was as expected, briochy and buttery feel, men peel. Å nice Champagne, However not the length you and the acidic feel that Im used to from Diebolt.

champagne trip- Day 4 (Vazart-Coquart, Pertois-Lebrun, Diebolt-Vallois, Pierre Gimmonet) (Chouilly, Cramant, Cuis, Champagne, France): Nose: The nose is lighter and fragrant with green apples, pears, crushed rocks, mint, wild flowers, acacia flowers, apple blossoms, and some lees notes. Where the nose is fragrant, it does lack some depth and definition.
