Transparent, light golden color. Honey and yeast on the nose. Fruit forward (apple sweet pear)but with nice acidity to balance, light to medium body with a lingering silky finish. Very enjoyable now. Could grow some nice complexity with a few years in the cellar. Great every day chard!

Pale yellow. A forward and complex nose offers notes of waxy peach, baked yellow apple, melon, lemon confit, yellow flowers, crème fraîche, toast and crushed rocks. Medium+ bodied on the palate with medium+ acidity and a round, waxy texture that sets off its ripe fruit and floral flavors. There's not a lot that says Atlas Peak here, but this is quite pretty and tasty.

Pietros: Complex yeasty, citrus nose, that has developed nicely. In the mouth nice weight and acid balance. Exceptional suppleness and lovely complex citrus, spice and yeast flavors. Long very nice finish.
