Red cherries, raspberries, strawberries, ponegranate. Anise, juniper, tobacco notes to. The palate has more fresh herbs/forest floor than the nose; and both have a lovely bitterness throughout. Medium + acid, medium + tannin. This is excellent right now; and will benefit from a few more years in the bottle too. Great pairing with pork and procini sausages cooked with red cabbage.
