Solid Pomerol, but feels like a left bank Bordeaux more than a right bank, very grippy and mouth drying tannins. Black fruits and smoke waft from the glass immediately after pouring, pretty earthy after some breathing. A masculine wine with intensity and length, strong structure but lack a bit of complexity and harmony. Should benefit from a couple years more of bottle aging. Drink or hold.
