Dense inky core, with big black fruits on the palate and a silky rich moutfeel too.
Superb, my Top 3 for our big Wine session celebrating my birthday early this year with a staycation 🇲🇾
Glaetzer did an amazing job with this 82% Shiraz and 18% Cab Sauv blend, with more complexity and hints of pepper and methol coming through as it evolves in our glass over the night by the jacuzzi!
Bottle 7 of 23 over our Genting Sempah early birthday staycation, thanks for sharing bro @Mika Tyson Teau.

{cork, 15%} Deep ruby and still very primary in many ways. Raisin-tinged nose, all baked jam rather than hte spice and currant you’d expect from the classic Oz blend. Palate is full-bodied, with plenty of heat, low/medium dusty tannins, medium acidity. Tastes hefty too, with baked plums, prunes. It’s a big old bruiser that lacks charm, interest, freshness - all the things that bring you back for an extra glass. Experience says these things drink ok for the first decade or so of their life, then gently fade away.

Cassis, pepper and meat. Quite succulent, yet with gritty tannins. Can drink now but needs more time to reach its full potential. 5 years at least is my bet. Quite elegant and refined, not a fruit bomb by any means.

Deep purple color and opaque. Tons of floral, herb, and fruity notes on the nose. Violet, rose patels, mixed fruits, Full Bodied on the palate. The wine is fresh, POWERFUL yet really refined. For the first 6-7 seconds, my mouth was filled with flavors, the last second the nutty notes popped out, almond and chestnut. Long finish. This is one of the better aussies I’ve had.

Lovely wine. Chocolate blackberries and later a finish full of raspberries. This is a lovely wine

Good, needs more time. Some menthol, white pepper and a rubber note, almost like diesel.

Young, but decanted 3 hrs and it opened nicely. Berries, leather, licorice, smooth finish. This is still young but very drinkable.

Pretty green on opening. Next day drinking was awesome. As you would expect from glaetzer
