Clear medium intensity ruby red with ruby/purple rim. Clean medium intensity very simple nose, neutral red fruit, maybe some plums, hints of licorice and aromatic herbs. Dry, medium acidity, medium ripe tannins, medium alcohol, medium- body, medium intensity flavours, neutral ripe red fruit, hints of red cherries and some licorice, balanced, velvety, somewhat thin. Medium finish. It's a wine without defects, but with a serious lack of character, there's absolutely no complexity there. Acceptable quality, drink now, not suitable for further ageing.

Not much complexity but a good value for a daily drinker. It's a good candidate for a bottle to open at the end of the night after the good wine is gone.

This is a solid value daily drinker. Nice nose of strawberries; good tannic structure with medium finish. Pairs well with most food or just sip away. This time from a 1.5L.

You can do a lot worse for your $5 (on sale); it's soft and accessible, for me a little too soft to be really interesting; it's also completely drinkable, and works well to cook with and drink while you're cooking with it; would probably buy again at the sale price to have around in case...

This was a pleasant surprise, quaffable, smooth, cherry fruit, simple, everyday wine. Got to call it like it taste, this is a solid B+ and a great QPR!

Very thin, translucent dark red color. Very stuffy, off-putting nose that is almost unapproachable; lots of earth, dirt, funk and wet soil. After some time also a scent of ripe red fruits started to emerge, yet the nose remained from the beginning to the end very dirty and rather repulsive. Very soft, mid-bodied palate with hints of esters reminding me of Beaujolais Nouveau and notes of sweet red Rhône fruit. Despite the sweet, ripe taste, the wine is rather light and watery. Lacking in acids, resulting in formless, flabby appearance and uncdrlining the wateriness of the wine. No noticeable tannins. Brief finish with a touch of red berries and banana-ish esters. Though reminds me somewhat of CdR, its of-putting nose and cheap, artificial flavors make it a reproachable monster. And even though the wine was open for good four hours, the horrible aromas didn't blow off, so this wasn't about over-sulphurization (and neither the aromas were corky!) I guess I need to check a new bottle to see if this was just an off bottle or if this really is the house style. Absolutely not worth its money at 8,50€.

- Crimsom color with medium forming legs and aromas of bell pepper, black currant and black pepper. It's overly acidic with a light body. Narrow texture with a short finish - very light on the nose, almost non-existant. Grape juice with alcohol. Good wine to initiate people into the art of drinking wine.

It's grape juice with a bit of water and a splash of white pepper. More seriously, funky nose that i have also felt in some chilean carmeneres. Can't quite place what the funkiness is, besides that, some cherries and tons of white pepper that is also predominant on the palate. Finish is non existent.

Not a lot to it, but not bad. Light red. Med-low acid with single simple fruit and little tannins. Worth the low cost. Buy again: Yes.
