Aromas of bright red fruit, raspberry. Tastes of raspberry, dark strawberry. Bright acid. Medium length with a good tannic backbone. Good food wine, would work well with pan seared lamb or oven roasted lamb. Would not want to bbq the lamb as the flavors would over power this fine Burgoyne wine. This wine is getting better and better as it opens. Open for 3 hours and just hitting stride. Perhaps give this wine 5-6 hours and give it some braised meat dish.
