This is so good right now, with a perfect balance of earth and fruit. Very little tannic bite to it, and solid acidity to balance the flavors. Went just right with a grilled sirloin.

As always Peter's wines are good. This is a drink now: fully integrated, good balance, some earthy vegetal notes, sour cherry, vanilla bean, & probably some other things I can't place.

Not chewy enough said LZ. A bit watery. This is final bottle in stash and not replenishing. Would have to be under $15 to be worth it. Being a local wine we gave it a second chance on 2nd nite and still failed

bit young, was a little disappointed. Used as the wine for Cabernet Brisket recipe (takes a cup). I am a believer that you don't use shwag wine for cooking, never top-shelf but never swill. I had to open a better bottle for neighbors when they came over but it was ok for cooking and half a glass. Cabs in the Sonoma Valley are a crap shoot. Audelssa seems to be the only true champ.

Looks solid in the glass, not see through. Nose: Smooth spicy smell of grape & cherry with no heat to speak of. Taste: warm & thick in the good way, great mouth feel. good fruity taste but not a fruit bomb. flavors like raw cherries in summer mixed in there. Would buy more.

This wine is good. Not amazing. Some chalk dust. A little heat on the back which I enjoy. Not tannic at all. Doesn't seem like a cab really. More like a Cab/zin blend.

This wine is drinking so nicely. Perfectly balanced and full of wonderful earthy flavors with blackberry notes. Peter's wines always delight.

Still wonderful. Short decant. Balanced with integrated tannins. Nice fruit. Sour cherry with a little green pepper. Too bad this was the last one.

mushrooms and green peppers. pretty soft - actually thought it was a bordeaux in a blind tasting. (had allowed it to decant for an hour in advance)

California vs. France (Bordeaux varietals, mostly Californian).: Sour cherries on the nose, . On the palate sweet fruity cherries and decent acidity. Clearly Cali. Short finish, but still good.

IMHO time to drink 'em if you got 'em. Nice black fruits on the front and a one lapper finish. Tannins are gone.

Drank over three days -- day two was best. Solid, tasty wine. My still benefit from time in the bottle.
