2017 Fairview Cellars The Bear

  • Beautiful clear dark ruby in colour. Notes of black currant, licorice, cedar and dark chocolate. Dry, med body, med acidity, elegant tannins. Med finish. Only 3 years old, a baby, and drinking so well. Love all of Bills wines, but this one hilights his skill. It blends old world elegance with new world style. I think this could easily age another 10-15 years easily. I still think Fairview Cellars and Bill are the biggest unsung heros of BC wine.
