Pale lemon colour. Medium (+) and developing nose with yellow apples, lemon, butter, toast and smoke. Medium taste of yellow apples, lemon, butter, charred wood, smoke and cinnamon. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Bourgogne Blanc with a spicy touch. Needed half an hour to open. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

Pale yellow. Intensive nuts and vanilla. And woody again. A hint of lemon and apple juice after airing several minutes in the glass. Salty and mineral on palate. Good enough for entry level Bourgogne blanc, but too simple for me. Will not try again.

Lovely gentle wine of some complexity. Very satisfying. Did improve with a bit of air.

나는 아주 맛있었음
살짝 과한 느낌도 있었지만 그마저도 좋았음
