2 weeks in France; 4/14/2012-4/28/2012 (Provence and Dordogne): Tasted from magnum. This is well into its denouement. Faded, with a hint of red cherry, caramel, and wood. This still had some acidity left to give it some buoyancy, but is well past its prime.
