Very Burgundian in its presentation. Good acidity which jumps out. Floral, dark cherries, wet rocks on the nose and palate. Long, minty finish. Superb value!

The mystifying nose offers a strong aroma of Sambuca, with muddled dark cherry, tangerine, wet earth and raspberry jam playing in the background. It’s full bodied with broad, refined tannin and juicy acidity, creating a sumptuous mouthfeel. Flavors include Mukhwas, cherry juice, black pepper, red plum, kirsch and dried seaweed. This beautiful wine is singing at the moment and I see no good or compelling reason to age it.

Big, distinctive PN. Possibly the most sediment I've ever encountered in a PN.
