I really like this. It has all of the good things a Mersault can offer in a silky smooth and delicious package. Perhaps none of the ethereal white burg magic the big boys can deliver, but really great value for the quality.
One small challenge is getting the serving temperature correct… too cold and much of the rich butteriness goes missing, too warm: the acid comes to the front and it all starts to fall apart. So you have to pay attention when serving over a period of time / dinner.
But at the right temperature this is very good…

Nez sur les fruits du verger. La bouche est ronde et l’acidité basse, avec toutefois une belle complexité saline en fin de bouche. Jeune mais accessible. Délicieux et très apprécié de la jubilaire.
