Very nice, well made, easy drinking Cap Classic.

This is still one of the best value sparking wines I have had. Green apples, great acidity and small bubbles.
I liked this better today. More finesse and more yeast component.
Pleasant enough, some yeasty aroma with strawberry and cream flavor, but lacks acid and minerality to give any firmness. Lovely to drink in Franschhoek looking out over the vineyards!
Tasty traditional method sparkling wine. Quite high dosage with real peachiness in the palate. Nothing too complicated but well balanced. Good.
Nothing great. Not much nose, some balance issues. Much better with some dessert.
