    Petrol unripe strawberry, viney, seared beef, cucumber? Black pepper watermelon, floral aromas after a sip, rose maybe, pear

    Dank peed on carpet on second glass

    Tart, slight bitter, dried red fruit finish
    Jammy after a few minutes

    Bone Dry, low acidity and body

    After 3 hours, oak-butter and vanilla, buttered popcorn
    —this was out of a champagne flute
    Black pepper palate

    Day 2-soy sauce??
