  • Ruby with a bit of haze. Fizzy due to secondary fermentation in the bottle, with noticeable VA and touch of Brett. The fruit concentration and a bit of RS gives a nice pleasant taste. Raspberry, chinotto, Mediterranean herbs. This is a simple drop that reminds the way the wine was made once. Unfortunately for the consumer the natural tag today comes with an hefty price.
