Barsac's TN is accurate, the bubbles are a bit clumsy but the fruity-nutty sweetness, led by apricots and apples, makes up for the distraction. Good acid, toast, and touch of honey on the finish makes this a quite nice quaffer.

A strikingly dominant apricot perfume. Even the non-wine guests drinking noted it. Fine bubbles and light straw color. A very fresh and fruity champagne. Lots of stone fruit flavor with a bit of a sweet finish. Definitely a party champagne

Delicious. Medium lemon in the glass, yeasty biscuity nose, elegant and soft mouse, palate is bone dry and crisp, lemon biscuits, green apple, star fruit, acidity is high, body is mouthfilling, finish medium +.

Biscuit, apple tart, lemon curd, orange marmelade w/medium bubbles and decent length. WTSO value pretty much on point.

Delicious and just beginning its journey towards depth and complexity. Will definitely cellar the other bottle for at least a few more years.

Similar to previous vintages of this wine which I’ve consistently liked. Fresh and fruity (Apple / pear) with a good balance of dryness /acidity
