Two years since I drank my other bottle of this, and I don't think it's improved much. Pretty nose, white peony, crushed rock, and a background of yellow citrus. Unfortunately the palate falls completely flat, zero acidity and a flabby profile yield to bitterness on the finish. Not a fan.

Amazingly high ABV (14.5%) for a white wine, but it didn't intrude on the wine...only the drinker. White grapefruit flower aromas, with lots of grapefruit on the palate, and a little bitterness. Very Sauvignon Blanc like. Wanted to like this more, but it was a little too rustic and alcoholic.

Medium gold color. Steely peach aromas, though pretty faint. Leads with some grassy notes, begins to round out with tart red apple, lemon, and yogurt. Some heat on the finish. Something is out of balance for me, probably not a great showing of what this wine can do. 14.5 abv

Brilliant amber gold, very pretty. Soft nose of peach and orange blossom. Medium low acid, punchy abv at 14.5%. Yellow fruit, some bitterness mid palate, and olive oil on the finish. Interesting, but ultimately unenjoyable for my taste.

This is a different wine. Had a way feel and flavors of honey, citrus, and some oil. There were also some floral notes like honeysuckle. I really enjoyed the wine. Liked it as it got a little warmer.

Yellow amber in the glass. Not a very dense nose but I do detect sunflower and maybe a touch of yeast. Nicely balanced, tilted a bit towards dry. Apricot, mango and verbena - and other flavors I can’t pin down so I’ll chalk that up to being complex. Medium long finish. This is still pretty tight and energetic, I’ll wait another year to open more. Definitely enjoying this wine that is unusual to me. More great qpr from Garagiste.

PnP. A little more heavy-set than I prefer with this variety. Rich, but not sappy, with just enough lift; bruised peach, ripe yellow apples a sensation of honey. I didn't find the value given that it's a style that doesn't resonate with me; I'm probably in the minority. OK freshness, OK, lift. For the style, it's recommended

Lush stone fruit and crisp acidity are lovely. A touch of alcoholic heat detracts only slightly.
