  • Consumed at Napa Rose restaurant (Disney Grand Californian Hotel in Anaheim). Bottle ordered from the wine list. Bright disc. Pale green robe with clear rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense nectarine, white peach and honeydew aromas. Light-bodied and somewhat flabby on the palate, with similar flavors as for the nose. Medium, smooth finish. This wine is certainly very pleasant, but it would merit a higher score if it had better acidity. A relatively good match to the sauteed hand-harvested diver scallops with a lemon/lobster sauce (accented with fresh vanilla). Also a nice match with the Laura Chenel goat cheese ravioli with artichoke ratatouille and yellow heirloom tomato broth.
