Very nice wine in good condition pleasant nose spicy fruit. Spicy flavor with cherry fruit, smooth with a long finish. Drank my last two bottles with friends the wine is ready to be drunk not past it's prime yet

Not much on the nose, little fruit left. I remember really liking this back at the winery, however this one should have been drunk a couple years ago. No formal rating.

Appearance of light garnet with brick rim and thin leg. Nose of orange peel, nutmeg, ginger and cherry with roasted oak vanilla and hibiscus note. Gentle fruitiness of strawberry and red plum burst in at the attack and follows into a serrated tannin and moderate acidity that clears your palate as the fruits disappear towards the moderate to long finish. Residual sugar was agreeably balancing rest of the flavour components and unlike some of the rustic Italian counterparts, making it a ripe and early drinking fruity wine with a noticeable oak à la Californienne. It paired very well with five cheese raviolis in pesto and roasted tomato sauce. Jolie.

One of the better sangiovese blends I have had from Miner. Powerful nose of darker fruits and a very nice mouthfeel. Paired nicely with homemade pizza.

With homemade burritos...balanced, raspberry fruit, right amount of acid. Very easy drinking. Nice value for the varietal.
