Pleasantly surprised at how well this wine has held up. I opened it thinking it would come across as flat, flabby and past its prime. Not true in my opinion. Still Clean and crisp, nice lemon and grapefruit in the nose and across the palate. As it warmed in the glass, I could find some of the mineral tones. Last bottle I had, but most enjoyable.

This wine in the glass is a light straw colored with a slightly golden tinge. The nose light , melon, apple and pear it leads you to believe that a very sweet wine is to come. Your sip is rewarded with a flash of sweet fruit with a solid middle mineral structure to a nice acidic tart finish. 91

Tale of two cities... On the nose, restrained fruit, touch of earth - in other words, "old world". The palate however is rich and buttery with an easily detectable sweetness that feels completely new world. There's a mineral note on the finish and the acidity is there so it's a good wine, just the mouthfeel threw me.

Peach and nectarine on the nose - very bright and tropical. Immediate flavor of grapefruit with zingy acidity. Lingering finish of fresh pears. I'd definitely purchase again. Salud!

Sunriver 2007. Pale yellow color. Floral, fruity nose. Palate of pears, apricots, flowers with some minerality and acidity to make this wine clean and crisp. Very enjoyable everyday wine.

Immediately likable. Ripe lush pears and peaches on the nose with a hint of grapefruit that really comes to the fore on tasting. As it warms, some subtle pineapple and kiwi come around, along with a nice chalky minerality. Body is surprisingly full and the acidity is clear as a bell and a bit on the puckering side, which makes me immediately think that this will match well with food. Very good. Good QPR.

Tasted as part of a flight @ KE. Nice pinot gris sweet citrus on nose. tropical fruity, almost too sweet with little acidity, slightly syrupy. Very close to an excellent wine but the sugars masked the otherwise nice balance.
b's notes: good pinot gris, a little sweet (86)

Pale yellow coloring, medium body with a hint of mineral that I didn't get the first time I drank this. Still clean and crisp with plenty of lemon and grapefruit. A party pleaser wine.

Not quite as good as last time. Probably pushed this vintage a little too far.

The steady Eddy comes through again as a good pairing with cod.

Another very enjoyable wine. This has quickly become our go-to wine when having fish like cod.

This is a nice wine, nothing really remarkable. There are less expensive options that are just as satisfying.

Very enjoyable wine. Even the wife, who is not a big fan of whites, thought it was really refreshing and tasty.
