Straw yellow; slight butter, apples, minerals, floral; apple, minerally, creamy, light-medium body, some structure, lingering finish. Aromatic, complex nose with intense minerality. Would have liked more acidity. Suited for a cheese platter.

Excellent wine with nutty, white peppery aroma. Great acidity with a full body citrusy peel medium finish. Very satisfying. Solid wine. Quite expensive.

Pale, staw-like yellow. Fig, some mineralty and very light pepper on the nose....unlike any chardonnay we've tasted up til now. Nice balance with blend of steel-and oak-barrel fermentation. Hints of white chocolate and butterscotch on the palate. Not California over-oaked nor French austere....nice balance.Vintner promises it will improve with a few years of aging, but we wouldn't recommend holding beyond 2009 or 2010. Great with the vinaigrette laced salad we're having right now.

Well oaked, clean, quite good persistence a little light but refreshing by itself
